  1. Peel onions.
  2. Cut in quarter inch slices.
  3. Separate into rings.
  4. Mix flour, milk and egg together.
  5. Dip onion rings in this mixture.
  6. Fry in 357F hot vegetable oil.
  7. Takes about 2 mins per side.
  8. Drain on paper towel.
  9. Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
