Excellent dish. I really love the extra crunch that the French-fried onions give it - and so flavorful too. I made some mushroom gravy in the pan after the pork was cooked to serve with it (beef broth, mushrooms, corn starch, and a bit of sour cream mixed in for extra creaminess), and it was a perfect pairing. Thank you for a great recipe - I will be making this again! Reviewed for PAC.
Very good. Served w/ brown rice and roasted asparagus. Will make again.
So GOOD! I needed something new for pork chops and I found it. Thanks for the great recipe. Great even without gravy. Made Potatos Au Gratin with them and it was a great combo. Definitely a keeper!
