  1. Very good, very easy. I left the onion out for personal tastes, we like fresh onions in salads and was afraid to overload on the flavor. Because of that quantity not used, I was able to mix it quickly in my bullet blender. Very pantry friendly, only ingredient I had to shop was the tarragon vinegar. Tx for posting. We will be enjoying, starting tonight. Peg

  2. Absolutely wonderful! I'm not a fan of bottled French dressing, but this has no resemblence to that whatsoever! Loved the crunch from the fresh onion and the ingredients in the chili sauce, and the little kick the chili sauce gives. I'm going to keep a bottle of this in the fridge at all times. Thnx so much for posting, Mini.

  3. Just made a salad and didnt realize we had no dressing. Only thing i did different was used apple cider vingegar as had no tarragon and no lemon juice. It was better than store bought. Thanx for the post.

  4. Where I live you can only buy bottled French dressing at specialty import stores. What a pleasure to be able to have this on hand. It doesn't keep for very long so I only make as much as a need (usually for my Cranberry/French Dressing Chicken).

They range from being an avid reader to decorating home, loving cats, embroidery, painting, writing poems and letters to friends, endless thinking, collecting candles, music, trying various cuisines and reaching out to people. I love cooking and devising ways to smash set patterns of cooking. I do not like over use of spices in the cooking and am dead against using readymade or canned ingredients. Cooking is my favourite prescription for busting all the stress that I accumulate in the work place.
