I've made this salad dressing for years. We haven't had "store bought" for as long as we can remember. Our home is never without a jar of this in the fridge..we love it !
- Put all ingredients in a large jar with a tight fitting lid (I use a Mason canning jar).
- Shake very well. Chill for one hour before using.
- This dressing gets thicker as it sits.
Very nice salad dressing. Couldn't be easier to fix. I didn't have any fresh onion (don't know how that happened), so used some dried onion that I had in cupboard. Fixed it early in the day so flavors would meld. Enjoyed it very much. Thnx for posting, Echo. Adodpted for Spring 2008 PAC.
