When I first got this recipe, my Mom & I were eating it on everything from salads to baked potatoes. Even put it on a bologna sandwich. I just guessed about the servings as everyone uses different amounts

While I didn't make this dressing myself, I did have the pleasure of tasting it on salad served to my DH & I by SusieQusie who we are visiting. She said she had a great new dressing recipe she wanted to share & I'm so glad she did. Looks easy to fix, tastes great & will become my new French dressing recipe when we return to Iceland. I followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect! I did add a bit of sweet paprika, but that's just a personal preference. We poured it over shredded lettuce on chicken enchiladas, Yum!

Love it!!!! I reduced the recipe to 4 servings but threw in all the garlic. We ate it on a plain old green salad but I can imagine its many uses. Thanks so much for posting this keeper!
