Very easy to make. They are a bit too sweet for me, I would prefer a cheese filling, but I made them for a party and everyone else thought they were wonderful. None were left which is always a good sign. They turned out perfect.

This was an excellent recipe Buzymomof3. Easy to make with super instructions. I made Nif's Basic Crepe Batter (for lovely homemade crepes- they worked beautifully with your recipe.) I really enjoyed the vanilla cream filling and the raspberry sauce. They were perfectly balanced and tasted amazing together. This was a lovely decadent breakfast for me.
