This was good but I would shake it with ice and then serve it straight up next time.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • crushed ice
  • 1 12 ounces dry gin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 6 ounces chilled champagne

Directions

  1. Half-fill a 14-ounce collins glass with crushed ice. Pour in the gin and lemon juice and stir in the sugar. Pour in the champagne.
