When corn on the cob is in season, take some time to put some away for winter. Serving size based on 1 quart.
- Cut uncooked corn off of cob to equal 4 guarts.
- Bring corn, sugar, salt and water to a boil.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Pack undrained corn in 1 quart freezer containers or ziplocs for later use.
