I try not to eat too much sugar, so I whipped this up for a good and quick meal when my stomach isn't up to food. I didn't know what to call this, because it's not a smoothie or pudding exactly. The hour is for optional chilling time.
- 2 baked yams (regular poatoes DO NOT work!) or 2 sweet potatoes (regular poatoes DO NOT work!)
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 few ice cube (optional)
- Blend all ingredients but ice together in a blender. Add ice and blend again if using ice. Cool in fridge or enjoy at room temperature.
