I found this recipe on Obesity Help. The recipe was posted by Kathy S. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee or 1 dash of cold coffee
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (1 scoop) or 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
  • ice, 2 handfuls
  • 12 cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Blend thoroughly.
  2. Enjoy!
