- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup hazlenut liqueur
- 1 cup whipped cream (to garnish)
directions
- 1. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, hazlenuts, milk and hazlenut liqueur. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.

<p>Left to my own devices, I could happily live on appetizers, dim sum, sandwiches and side salads .I gravitate toward a low-fat, clean eating, graze-as-you-go way of life.
