  1. Lightly coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add the scallions and place over low heat.
  3. Sauté until the onion is limp, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the curry powder, ginger, and cinnamon.
  5. Stir and cook for another 30 seconds, until spices are fragrant.
  6. Stir the scallion-spice mixture into the yogurt.
  7. Add the raisins, mixing well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
  9. Serve with raw vegetables.
