A real change of pace from plain ole corn. My husband likes this by itself.
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 franks
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper (chop)
- 2 tablespoons onions (chop)
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 -3 dashes hot sauce
- Melt butter in frying pan big enough to hold everything.
- Cook franks, green peppers and onions over medium heat till browned, stirring to keep from burning.
- When browned, stir corn and hot sauce in, heating till corn is hot.
