I found a cookbook that my mother in law Helen had. It is Better Homes and Gardens: So Good with Fruit and the date on the book is 1967. So I will be posting a bunch of recipes from the book so I don't lose them.

Made as directed for lunch. Good and easy. Thanks for the recipe. Next time I think I'll add sliced onions and green bell peppers along with the pineapple.

Directions

  1. Cook onion in butter till tender.
  2. Add beans, ketchup and mustard; bring to boil; pour into 11x7x1/2 inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange franks and pineapples slices atop.
  4. Blend remaining ingredients; spread over franks and pineapple.
  5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or till hot.
