Aunt Fran gave me this recipe for an easy great tasting dip.
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces green chilies
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- red onion, chopped to taste
- mayonnaise, to taste
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
- Whip cream cheese till smooth, add chilis and mix well. Stir in cheese, onion to taste and mayonaise.
- Let this sit overnight then serve with cracker, chips or veggies.
