This is really simple, tasty, vinaigrette. The whole grain mustard really adds something.
- 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard (heaping)
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar (or equal parts lemon juice and wine vinegar)
- fresh ground pepper
- Whisk until blended and pour over salad greens.
the whole grain mustard gave an interesting textural contrast to the greens. A nice dressing.
This is now officially one of my favorite dressings! I love that it's so easy to make. Added minced garlic a few times, and it's a yummy change. Thanks!
This is a great dressing! Nice texture. Not overpowering.
