This idea is out there on a number of blogs. I was looking for a quick and easy breakfast idea to make for St. Patrick's Day.

  1. Cut a 1/2 inch slice of green bell pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet on the stove. Spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place green pepper in skillet. Break an egg in the middle. If you prefer, you can break up the yolk. Cover the skillet and cook until done.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a strip of green pepper for the four-leaf clover stem.
