Oh yeah...Comfort food at it's finest. I found this recipe in The Best of Country Cooking 2010 Taste of Home from Lisa Varner, Charleston, South Carolina. Thanks for posting this blue ribbon recipe!

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to the pan.
  2. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and sour cream.
  3. Spoon half into a lightly greased 3 quart baking dish.
  4. Combine the eggs, ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, and parsley; spread over pasta.
  5. Top with remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes ; uncover, and bake 5-10 minutes or until bubbly.
