  1. Beat egg whites until very fluffy.
  2. Add cream of tartar, salt, and sugar.
  3. Beat for 15 minutes.
  4. Place batter into a 9 inch square pan.
  5. Put into a 400 degree preheated oven; turn off oven; leave door shut for 6 hours.
  6. Spread with whipping cream and strawberries on top.
