- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 14.79 ml minced sweet pickle
- 29.58 ml minced celery
- 29.58 ml minced olives
- 1.23 ml salt
- 59.14 ml mayonnaise
directions
- The minced pickle, celery, and olives should be cut much smaller than the eggs.
- Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
- Put the salad on lettuce or you can put it in sandwiches for lunch.
