The classic drink, minus the frogs. They begged me to dye it green.

- 1 1⁄2 ounces light rum
- 1⁄2 ounce gin
- 1⁄2 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons orgeat syrup
- 2 teaspoons dry sherry
- Place rum, gin, brandy, orange juice, lemon juice, and orgeat in a cocktail shaker and shake until well blended.
- Strain into a glass over ice.
- Float dry sherry on the top and serve.
This was a delightful cocktail. I thought the brandy gave it a "heavy", rich touch, so I sipped it rather slowly. Perhaps omitting the brandy next time might make it more of a signature cocktail for me. But even so, it was delightful and I'm glad I made it for the Spain & Portugal monthly tag game.
