A garlic marinaded whole baked chicken that has white meat that will melt in your mouth.
- Marinade the chicken in the garlic sauce for two or three hours.
- place a 1/2 aluminum can of beer on a baking tray.
- cover the beer can with the chicken.
- bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 2 hours depending on weight.
Very good, moist and tender. I will make this one again. I didn't use the garlic sauce for the marinade. I had some lemon Lawry's lemon/pepper marinade on hand and used that.
