this is extra fluffy!
- 1 (4 ounce) box instant white chocolate pudding and pie filling mix (or use vanilla flavor)
- 1⁄3 cup cold milk
- 1 (8 ounce) containercool whop frozen whipped topping, thawed
- In a large bowl mix the pudding mix with 1/3 cup cold milk until blended.
- Stir in the Cool Whip topping until combined.
I made this frosting for St. Patty's cupcakes for daycare kids. It was super easy, tasted great. Could change the flavor just by switching the pudding mix. I can't wait to try butterscotch with chocolate cupcakes.
