Made this for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup tag game 20213 to go along with Pan-Seared Scallops With Herb Butter Sauce#506104 and some garlic sauteed spinach. Wonderful. I did add some garlic, used homemade chicken stock and added a few fresh herbs recommended by pattikay in LA. Oh yes, I didn't add any extra salt. Thank you for posting.
This is a very versatile recipe. It was quick and easy to make but next time I think I'll add some red pepper flakes and maybe some peas.
Easy and good! Reminds me of Rice a Roni only better. I held off on adding extra salt and I'm glad I did - it was plenty salty for us. Would be good with a few herbs thrown in as well. I followed your instructions and it was indeed nice and fluffy. Thanks for sharing!
