This is a fun thing to toss in the kids lunchbox, or perhaps for an after-school snack.
- 1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup frozen or thawed whipped topping
- celery, RITZ CRACKERS, APPLES, PEARS or cheese, cubes
- Whisk first 3 ingredients together gently fold in the whipped toppping. Refrigerate until serving.
This was a great recipe! I used fat-free yogurt & Light Cool Whip to reduce the fat & calories a little. The dip tastes incredibly light & fluffy! Next time I'll leave out the cinnamon as it takes away from the pure peanut butter flavour. I served with large marshmallows, digestive cookies and fresh pineapple spears. My guests LOVED the dip on the mallows & cookies but not so much on the pineapple.
