- Beat milk and pudding together for 2 minutes using a wire whisk.
- Gently stir in Cool Whip.
- Spread on cake and refrigerate.
Very tasty, very easy, and a nice light icing that's not too sugary. I used chocolate pudding mix to make chocolate icing and it made just the right amount for a 9 inch 2-layer cake.
This was SOOOO good and so incredibly easy. I used chocolate pudding instead of vanilla but I can't wait to try it again with the vanilla!
Jolyn, This is (VERY) Good,I made chocolate cake the other night,and my grandchildren were here, and they fell hook line and sinker for this cake.The frosting is like pudding and we all liked it.Corey asked me if I would make it again the next time he came.
