Delicious! I took Roxygirl's advice and used about 1 teaspoon cinnamon and about 1/2 teaspoon maple extract with the vanilla. Using a blender is a great tip. Also used Challah instead of Texas toast, which is much more dense. If using this type of bread, I'd cut the number of slices to 6-8. Used a Calphalon griddle with no cooking spray or other grease and it didn't stick a bit! Powdered sugar and maple syrup are the perfect addition. Thanks, Roxygirl, for sharing!

This French Toast was so good, and it was not hard to make at all.I loved the powdered sugar on top of it.and used white karo syrup also. (Thats what I always use)I don't like maple syrup. Thanks,Darlene

I used my cast iron griddle which I sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Put all the ingredients in the blender and mixed until thoroughly blended. I also used pure vanilla and maple extract. No sticking to the pan and very tasty.
