  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 cup milk, whipped topping mix, coffee granules, vanilla and cinnamon on medium speed until combined.
  2. Beat on high speed for 4-6 minutes or until mixture is thick.
  3. Add remaining milk and pudding mix.
  4. Beat on medium speed about 2 minutes or until mixture is thick. Spread in crust.
  5. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
