"Food heaven" is what I would call this. This easy to follow recipe can cheer up anyone's mood at anytime of the day. My family was drooling over this when I served it as dessert today and they really enjoyed this and so did I. The blend of the various flavours of the sauce and the cream with the pancakes is awesome and does stir a romance on the tongue;) Thank you for a wonderful recipe and all the best for the contest!

I made the caramel sauce and the ricotta cream and it was real good. But where do the bananas go in the pancakes? I couldn't figure that out so I had to use the sauce and cream for something else. But I'd like to make the pancakes someday if the directions are fixed. So 5 stars for the sauce and cream, added to 1 star for the pancake recipe I couldn't figure out equals 6, divided by 2 makes 3, so that's what I'm giving.

Oh wow!! These are a winner, they are sooooo good. Melt- in- your- mouth delicious and a great flavor combo. And what can I say about the ricotta cream other than “who needs cows”? My family ate them as fast as I could make them. I did just what the recipe said except I didn’t add alcohol. I put the sliced banana over the pancakes as they cooked. Don’t let the number of steps put you off. I got most of it ready the night before and it took no time fixing them Saturday morning. Forget carbs and give yourselves a treat. Thanks for coming up with this recipe.

Wow, I am completely speechless after eating this marvelous breakfast! I couldnt believe my taste buds! lol :-) wow! The pancakes alone are absolutely marvelous.... I wasnt sure when to add the bananas, but Id already started making the pancakes before I realized that the recipe didnt state this step. I just tossed the bananas in before folding in the whites, and it came out just perfect. I had a teeny bit of trouble with the caramel sauce, but transferred it to a double boiler and it came out just fine...after adding just a tad more cream. Ohhh... OhhHHHhh..and the ricotta cream.. is just heavenly!! yum!!! This is a beautiful breakfast.. fit for a QUEEN! I will definitely add this recipe to my perm. file, and use it when I have guests over. This is definitely a WINNER!!! THANK YOU!!
