  • Line a 9x5" loaf pan with parchment.
  • In a large glass bowl, microwave the oil until melted.
  • Mix in the powdered sugar and peanut flour until smooth, then beat in the marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
  • Microwave for about 90 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
  • Spread cooked mixture into the loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  • Cover the surface directly with plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before cutting.
