Flour's Famous Banana Bread

Adapted slightly from www.foodnetwork.com. Two days after making it, the bread is still just as moist as the first day I made it. Very easy and uses lots of bananas. The best I've ever made!

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a large loaf pan (it won't fit in a standard loaf pan).
  2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Beat sugar and eggs with a whisk until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes. Drizzle in oil.
  4. Add mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients and nuts.
  5. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
