  1. Delicious! We used a crust this time! I will definitely use this recipe again! I forgot the salt, but it didn't need it!

  2. The quiche was great! Instead of frozen spinach, I wilted some fresh spinach I had and it was yummy! Not all of that thawing and squeezing to contend with either. Very cheesy! I used equal parts 2% milk and half and half for the cream. It is what I had. I'm at high altitude so mine needed to cook a bit longer! Very easy recipe.

  3. I did make a couple alterations, first off I beat the egg whites then added the yokes and cream (I don't know if this did anything special but my mom told me to do so). I used fresh spinach about 2 cups finely chopped (probably quite a bit less than 10oz it calls for but maybe not I don't know) I also added a little over a tablespoon on finely chopped walla walla onions. This turned out Amazing everyone loved it including me and I am a picky cook who usually does not eat my own cooking. Yum thanks!!!

  4. This is the first time I made a quiche and it was awesome. My husband and my kids loved it; which surprises me because it has spinach. Very simple preperation and directions; however, I did add a roll out pie crust and opted to crumble bacon on top. Definitely high in fat and calories but oh sooooo good. I would suggest using a little less than 10 oz of spinach.
