- 4 slice bacon, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 396.89 g can chopped spinach, drained
- 3 (1233.20 g) can chicken broth
- 425.24 g cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 425.24 g red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 425.24 g dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 118.29 ml sun-dried tomato, cut into thin strips
- 4.92 ml dried basil

- shredded parmesan cheese
directions
- Brown bacon over high heat in a large stockpot, about 8 minutes. Add garlic, and onion, saute about 6 minutes. Add spinach, saute 2 minutes, mixing in browned bits. Add beans and all remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with parmesan if desired.
