I loooooooveee Fleischsalat, and am so glad to see a recipe for it. My father has made this for us all our lives and it rocks! We use Leone and add chopped onions, sweet pickles, and emmental cheese. We use a oil and vinegar dressing - just half and half with some salt and pepper. I have had it with mayo dressing too and it is awesome as well. Thank you for sharing this awesome salad!

We didn't much care for this but we did enjoy trying it out. It made quite a bit as well.

Wow! I'm addicted to this stuff! What a great combination! I made this just as written, using bologna and the Gouda cheese. I loved the flavor and crunch from the apple and pickle. It was a hit with the kids, too. It's great on bread, or with crackers or best of all....right out of the bowl! This is a keeper! Thanx so much!

I used to eat this when living in Ohio,when my mother would make it for sandwiches. I realized recently that it came from her and Dad's German background. Memories..this is sooo good!
