A nice way to have flax seed oil either over salad or warm veggies.
- 1 teaspoon raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup flax seed oil
- Place all ingredients in jar and shake or in blender and mix.
- Variations; try using mint, basil or parsley in place of coriander and experiment with other fruit jams.
