great cookies, i made a litle change, instead i used 3/4 cup raisins and 3/4 cup chopped dates and 1/2 cup macadamia nuts. really good.
Excellent cookies, and very easy to make. I used slightly less butter, and then added a bit of water to the dough to make it stick together. Next time I will chop the raisins quite small before adding them to the mixture.
These are fantastic biscuits and a great way of using flaxseed. Very yummy and they don't last long. They do need to sit, cool and harden once out of the oven which is hard to do as they smell so good.
