This was OK, but a little bland and overly filling. I think I would only make half of this next time. A whole one was just a little too much. And it needed a little more flavor. Maybe I would use a berry jam next time? I didn't have any packets of jam so I just used a tablespoon of some apple preserves I had. This is a healthier alternative to regular muffins and I thank you for the recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup ground flax seeds
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 packet Smucker's No Sugar Added Orange Spread, splenda
  • 14 cup egg white
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon whey protein powder

Directions

  1. Mix it all together until thoroughly blended. Spread evenly. (I mix and cook in the same grab-it bowl) Nuke for 50 seconds.
