I decided to try this myself, it actually went pretty good :D
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 cup low-fat ice cream (flavour of your choice)
- 2⁄3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon jam (flavour of your choice) (optional)
- Let the icecream melt.
- Mix or stir all the ingredients together until it's clump free in a bowl and pour it into a glass afterwards.
- Cover the top of the glass with plastic wrap and let the drink chill for 10 minutes in the refridgerator.
