  • For a crispier crust, cover flatbread doughs in olive oil and bake at 425 for 5-10 minutes.
  • Thinly slice tomatoes, and then cut in half.
  • Arrange tomatoes on dough so that there is a little bit of room (i.e. They are not overlapping, just barely touching).
  • Over top of the tomatoes, place mozzarella the same way (Not overlapping, just barely touching).
  • Add basil (as much as you want).
  • Cook for 10 - 15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust seems cooked enough.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Repeat steps 2-8 again, but add pepperoni when you add the basil.
  • *Optional* Drizzle with balsamic.
  • Cut vertically, and then cut 6 times horizontally so there are 12 equally sized pieces.
  • Serve warm.
