I made this on the grill this evening. I think I did it properly. The flavor was very nice. I had to make two slight alterations. I had the hot paprika, but I only had normal smoked paprika (the label did not say "Spanish". Not sure if there is a difference), and I used the flour tortillas that I had on hand. I also grilled up some sliced green bell peppers and onions to serve with them, along with a dish of sour cream. I will probably make this again. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for posting this recipe. (Made for PRMR)

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients, and rub steak evenly with spice mixture.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat.
  4. Sprinkle steak evenly with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, and place steak on a grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill for 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  5. Remove steak from grill, and let stand for 10 minutes.
  6. Cut steak across grain into thin slices.
  7. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  8. Divide steak evenly among tortillas.
