      Fabulous!! So simple to prepare and the flavors are splendid! Marinated for 6 hours and the meat was so tender when we served it. Found and made for I Recommend tag game based on TeresaS's review.

      Excellent marinade with lots of flavor. I oven-broiled a flank steak but looking forward to trying this during the summer on the grill!

      I used fresh thyme and I let the steaks in the marinade for at least 6 hours. The flavor was awesome. Thanks KimmieCat :) Made for PAC Fall 2011

      Made as written using dried thyme. This was really good and had a nice flavor that complimented the meat, not overpower it. Will make again and grill it. Made for PASC Spring 2011.
