Was goofing around making drinks for my girlfriend one night and stumbled upon this. Named the flamingo because of its bright pink color and tropical flavor.
- 56.69 g parrot bay rum (or Malibu Rum)
- 28.34 g triple sec
- 28.34 g alize red passion liqueur
- 85.04 g pineapple juice
- Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until chilled.
- Pour into large cocktail glass or fluted champagne or white wine glass.
How wonderful and tropical! Made these for my sweetie and I for our Sweetest Day dinner and they were soooo easy to drink. Great blend of flavors and it's so nice and sweet you'll forget you're drinking alcohol, at least you'll forget for awhile! :-)
