Five Star House Salad Dressing

An absolutely delicious salad dressing that is the house dressing at a five star restaurant that shall be left unnamed, I got this from a friend that works there. Very tangy and sweet. Like a creamy raspberry vinaigarette.

Ingredients:

Servings: 4

• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 garlic clove , minced
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• salt
• 2 teaspoons honey
• ½ cup raspberry yogurt
• 2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well with wisk.
2. Refrigerate 1 hour before use.

I followed instructions exactly on this one. It is very, very good! It's like a raspberry vinagrette, but it has a distinct creamy texture. The flavor is great! I used it on a spinach, raspberry salad, with almonds.

I loved this salad dressing. I used it on a bed of greens tossed with toasted walnuts, mandarin orange segments, and bleu cheese crumbles. I can see many possiblities here.

This was made exactly according to the instructions and using the best ingredients I could find. The dressing was not offensive but it was bland and just ordinary. It is better than bottled (but what isn't) but I do not plan to make it again.
