Each serving is 2 tablespoons. This came from The Best Way To Cook A Pulses: Beans-Peas-Lentals. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
- 19 ounces black beans or 19 ounces navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 1⁄2 cup fat free ranch dressing
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 garlic cloves
- Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until desired consistency.
- Lental Dip: Use lentals instead of beans. Use 1 tespoon curry powder instead of 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
