This is a very easy, and very light dessert. Just great after a big meal, or when you need a dessert that can be made quickly.

  1. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spoon into dessert dishes.
  3. May be garnished with sliced strawberries, mandarin orange slices, shaved chocolate, or whatever else you desire.

I have made this for dessert at several dinner parties now and I always get rave reviews! Another way to serve it is to put it in the freezer until just frozen. It comes out like a very creamy custard ice cream-delicious! Found that one out by accident. Hadn't defrosted my cool whip completely and it was served partly frozen. Wow! Thanks for a quick easy fabulous dessert!
