Five-Minute Breakfast Sausage

"This recipe is from Mr. Food. This turned out grandkids- approved. It was quick and cheap to make. I used ground turkey in place of the pork. It is very mildly seasoned. I think that is why the kids liked it, the seasonings can be tweaked to your preference. Just be careful not to over-cook the patties or they will be dry. I also microwaved them on a microwave bacon platter that has ridges."

  • Coat a microwave-safe 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Form into 16 patties and place in the dish.
  • Microwave at 80% power for 3 to 4 minutes, or until no pink remains in the pork. Serve immediately.
