Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place butter in 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
  3. Heat in oven until melted; remove pan from oven.
  4. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa and sugar; sprinkle evenly over butter.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and raisins.
  7. Sprinkle nuts on top; press down firmly.
  8. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  10. Cover with foil; let stand at romm tempreature 6-8 hours before cutting into bars.
