  • Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the stone, peel the papayas and remove the seeds, then pass both through a juicer or whiz in a blender.
  • Mash the berries together then press through a sieve to get rid of any seeds.
  • Mix all the juices together and serve in chilled glasses with ice (give adults half juice, half wine).

I live in Manchester, UK with my fiance and young son. I work at the local hospital in pediatrics and love my job. I also love cooking!! I have a sweet tooth but try and make healthy family meals, I'm not against some lovely treats now and then though :)
