Five Cup Salad

"I got this recipe out of a Southern Traditions, a cookbook published by our local Southern Pine Electric Corporation. This book was sold as a fundraiser for The American Cancer Society. It is quick and easy and can be easily adapted to the types of fruit you like best. Cook time is actually chill time."

  4. This fruit salad is great! It's a keeper for taste, efficiency and presentation. I wondered about the sour cream being the ingredient to hold it all together, but it was very good. Nothing could be easier or quicker than throwing this together and setting it on the table. Thanks Jellyqueen!
