  1. Boil chicken neck, wings, etc. to make 2 cups of broth ( 2 hrs.)
  2. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Chop green pepper into strips & sauté in butter.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons flour, stirring well.
  5. Add can of soup, broth, & 1 cup diced leftover chicken & pimentos.
  6. Let simmer 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over toast or rice.
